ADT poor service

<p>Hi </p> <p>My name is mike and I stay in Birch acres kemptonpark , last year I signed up for alarm system that ADT sold me . But the alarm system was never installed yet they (adt) still deducting money from my account every moth . I have called their offices several times but no help. What's worse is that the keep on calling me to say my alarm has been activated, and I always ask them what alarm. Can someone assist pls.
