ADT - POOR RESPONSE TIME TO ALARM ACTIVATION

My alarm was activated at 19.47 this evening 22-05-2022. ADT responded by phoning me at 20.21. That is 24 minutes after the alarm was activated . Of what use is that to me? Excuse is ‘load shedding’. Load shedding is here to stay. I need security during load shedding. I’m paying for security during load shedding.
