ADT - poor customer service

After numerous calls, emails, even triggering the alarm just to get someone to respond to my request for extra security beams - nothing. I had 4 appointments and no one showed up. I wonder if ADT is also on holiday. Poor poor service. I don't think I can trust them anymore. It is now three times that they broke in at our property. Every time my alarm goes of they phone me and let me know that the guard can't enter, because the code for the lock box is wrong. Every time I have to tell them that they have the wrong code and I have to give them the right code. I would not recommend them. I am moving on.
