ADT Please give me my phone.
In the early hours of the 23rd September 2018 my friend and I were almost hijacked in Landsdown road near Philippi. We managed to escape and drove to the PB garage. We had three tires burst and both our phones were off to call for help. The was an armed response ADT Bakkie at the Garage which I approached and asked if I could charge my phone so I could call for help. The was an African gentleman at the time, he charged my phone for a minute so it could power up. I called my wife at 03:15 Sunday the 23rd September. When help finally arrived I had forgot my phone with ADT armed response guy. I called my few few minutes later it was off. I called ADT the 24th for the first time and I spoke to Simone who transferred the call and I spoke to Gereldien at monitoring department who promised to call me in 48 hours for feedback. I called again after 72 hours and spoke to Tasneem the supervisor. She also promised feedback but there was no feedback. I called a week later and Spoke to Andiswa at Monitoring Department who promised to investigate and get back to me no feedback. It's been a month and 17 days I still have not heard a thing from ADT. These are the same people they want us to trust them with our homes. I bought a new phone because I'm a family man and my job requires me to have a phone all the time. I'm paying Telkom a phone contract every month but I seat without my Sony Xperia M duel Sim smartphone.
