ADT PIETERMARITZBURG IS A TOTAL FAILURE.

I am an adt client for a long time now. Recently adt pietermaritzburg is going from bad to worse. Their service is pathetic. When alarm is triggered then the call center sometimes calls an hour later. The normal bull**** story is that load shedding causes delay! So what are we paying for? There's no need for their useless armed response when the call center calls you an hour later to ask if everything is OK! Really this is ****************! Furthermore they install street monitoring cameras with some bull about AI, but locks and stuff get ****** in full view of they stupid cameras and nothing gets done about it. Enough of ******ion. I'm definitely canceling and advise anyone to be cautious before signing up with adt.
