Adt Pietermaritzburg bad service

I have cancelled my adt and are waiting for adt to rwmove the radio simce beginning of thw month. I was told it will be roved last week Tuesday and I am still waiting. No one at the Pietermaritzburg office ever phones me back amd when I phone I am on hold for ever.
