ADT - Pathetic service with inferior equipment

In November 2018,I had ADT install a security system at my business premises,ever since the system was installed we been having endless issues with the so call "advance hype system" whereby it can be armed and disarmed via a cellular app.Technicians have been to the premises over four times already in the last year,service from the installer GHD security is pathetic and even their technicians don't seem to know what they doing. From the time of installation the following we been having the following issues: SecureHome app won't allow the system to arm and disarm(that what im paying to utilize the app for arming and disarming the system)- Techs are sent out to reset the system- works for about a month. The same arises again,techs are sent out again - same story works for around a month or so then back to the same issue.Techs once again are called out this time replacing the Hype unit after replacement of the new unit ADT control center does not receive signal for around a week,Techs are out again-signal issue sorted out however this time when the system is being tested and the panic is push ADT receives signal that zone1 is going off rather than the panic and then again the techs are sent out to rectify the problem.Systems runs for about 3 months and i decided to delibrately enter the premises without disarming,alarm goes off then after 25 minutes of being on the premises i get a call from the control center to tell me the alarm has gone off,issue with that was signal delay.Around November 2019 the battery fails,battery then replaced.Toady the 27th of January 2020 my system had to be disarmed manually as the app does not work.A call to the call center confirms the last open and close signal was the 25th of January 2020.

To ADT Your equipment is of inferior quality please do something about this,your quality of service is pathetic.Honestly regret moving across to ADT as my previous service provider is still the Best in the security business.Now all i want is for ADT to remove you **** piece of equipment of my premises.
