ADT PATHETIC SERVICE, MONEY GRABBERS

Fidelity ADT I am so tired of this company. I have had endless problems with them; there service is pathethic, I haven't seen them in my area in months, they don't call at All when my alarm activates, they just take my money every month. I now had enough and submitted an email to them to cancel their so called service. I went on their website to see how do I go about canceling my contract, which is month-month now, and all it said was that I must email them to cancel. Now I received a phone call from them to tell me my contract will only be cancelled end of July 2023 because I sent my email on the 3rd of June 2023 and not the 1st.😡😡😡 it does not say that I must give 1 months calender notice like the lady on the phone said on their Website. So they want me to pay them a whole extra month's fees for sending the email 3 days after the month started.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 they don't care about the customer or that their service is **** just that they can get your money. It took all my strength not to swear at this lady and the nerve to tell me I must pay another month before they cancel.😤😤😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬🤬 I couldn't despise this company anymore then I do now. And I definitely don't advise anyone to use them as the security company for your home. Stop trying to get more money out of me and cancel my contract. I want nothing to do with company anymore.
