ADT Pathetic Service

After signing up with ADT they promised they would send a Technician to review my security systems and attend to the seemingly faulty security systems. They have not sent a technician and promised to escalate to the technical manager to call me back, and he never did. When I call them, they keep saying " be patient as we will get you a technician after a few days, not more than 6 six days ". They really do not care about their customers security , all they care about is signing you up and they never give the promised service. This is a pathetic service provider.
