ADT pathetic service,

ADT provides the worst security service, they only have one vehicle to cover all off Pelican Park/New Horizons. Thier customer service is putrid, i have been tied down into a 2 year contract of hell, i cancelled my debit order and notified them of this, every month i pay them using my easypay and yet for most of the 2 years they still debit my account even though i requested my debit be stoped which they acknowledged, every month they say i didnt pay when i send them proof of payment. They refuse to compensate for all the bank charges for the failed debits even i requested it to be cancelled, they even hike up their charges every December but cant provide proper vasibility in ur area. #adtmustfall
