ADT PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have signed with the famous ADT security company in August 2022. It is almost a year since no proper solution has been actioned with regards to my alarm system which was guaranteed a year. However I have logged numerous complains about my alarm system on the premises which has not been properly installed . I have added to the alarm the security beams , which continously give a false alarm daily . I have spoken to many technicians senior managers and superiors with no resolution had been action to date. I am currently still paying for an alarm that is pathetic, their service is completely disgusting. They only good to debit your account. With that been said they still owe me a refund on my monthly premiums, to date no solid solution. I am a very unhappy customer. I DO NOT recommend ADT to anyone.
