ADT offices doesn't respond

ADTs immediate response is excellent! Just hope that your alarm keeps on functioning... I've reported a malfunctioning alarm them for the past two weeks. And I'm still waiting for an agent to come check out the issue. The control room simply shifts the problem to another agent 'who will phone you back' . Last night we had a potential burglar on the premises. Will I be compensated if something happens? Today I won't leave my house in case there is a burglary.
