ADT OFFICE STAFF IS TAKING A ****!

Our Alarm is faulty and keeps going off and Carmen from the ADT control room in Capetown has called on a number of occasions assuring me that Euwen who is the tech support assistant would call back to assist, this has been going on for two days now and no one has contacted us from the technical side. All we require is for you guys to sort out your evidently faulty unit because we have no knowledge of these devices and obviously don't know how to fix it.
