ADT obviously don't need new business

<p>Good day</p> <p>I received an sms from ADT a few months ago offering security services to me. I rep**** to the sms asking for someone to quote me on a stand alone panic button. Nobody called. Then I phoned ADT again and requested the same thing. I was promised an email with details. Nothing arrived. So then on 16 Aug 2016 I ********** and requested information yet again. An ADT lady called me back and I explained what I needed. She promised an email with details. Today is the 6th September, three weeks later, and STILL no information received from ADT. I am about to contact another security service for assistance. Enough is enough. If they cannot even respond to a simple request, how can they possibly protect my family?</p>
