ADT not responding to alarms

Recently with loadshedding when my alarm is armed after 2hours when the power turns on immediately the alarm is triggered and start alarming, and we turn it off and receive and robot call from ADT as usual which would give you an option to cancel response with password or hangup to be called by a consultant. Initially they were calling even though you've canceled the response but now ever since this issue has started theyve never called and we always hangup so that they call but they don't, we haven't received ADT consultant call for over a month now since this issue and this alarm is triggered with every load shedding, we can't even arm it when we sleep as we know in 2hours you have to wake up and cancel it. I wrote an email to them regarding this issue they don't even border to respond. We had security guards doing rounds we would find papers for rounds done if we not at home but now it's been almost 2 months no rounds has been done. Basically my alarm is useless because even if the alarm is triggered by ******s and I hang up the phone so they can call back knowing I won't be able to answer I won't receive and I will be ****** without them helping. I'm paying it for nothing.
