ADT not responding to alarm activation

<p>Last week I came back home from work at around 17:00 to find my alarm has been activated. I received no call from ADT and no security officer was dispatched. The following morning, I think it was on a Wednesday, I found that someone has written I was her with sand in front of my yard. I inspected the front and realized that someone was trying or gained access to my yard (the reason to the alarm activation the previous day. I called ADT to raise my concerned and to ask for a drive past. I was told that there was no alarm activation on their side. Upon my return from work that Wednesday I realized that no drive past was done as promised.</p> <p>Today, Tuesday 12th the alarm went off again and again ADT did not call nor sent a security officer. I called them and the guy who answered the phone insisted that the security officer was dispatched and someone cancelled the alarm. I asked who was that person because only myself and my wife can do that and neither one of us did that. The guy put me on hold for more than ten minutes until I drop the line.</p> <p>How can I trust ADT that I pay so much money monthly to look after my family and property if this is how they operate? They are always not available. Their cars are always packed under the three with their personnel lazing around. I think is time to cancel my contract with them as I’m not a valued customer.</p>
