ADT not friendly
<p>Hi</p> <p>We have been using ADT security for some time now. It was tested on many occasions and they never called us when the alarm went off. They then told us that we need to pay a technician fee of almost R500 as it might be wiring. Firstly, we are renting the alarm from ADT so whatever is not our fault we do not pay for. Secondly, we never ever touched any wiring whatsoever. This is unacceptable that we should pay a technician fee for something that we did not damage.</p>
