ADT NOT DOING BUSINESS IN GOOD FAITH

I cancelled my contract with them In July this year to date they continue to debit our account. I have sent them endless emails with no response from them. Their email address just for your information is *** which is very misleading, they are claiming to be always there yet they cannot effect a cancellation for more than 5 months. Please help us, we want our money back.
