Adt not delivering what was promised

I went on holiday a week ago, phoned ADT to do patrols whilst I was gone and leave slips as to the times they were at my home. When I got home there were no slips and my neighbors said that ADT did not pitch. I then phoned on Tuesday and the person I spoke to said that they would email the area manager. I am still waiting to be contacted. I then phoned again today and the person on the call centre said the matter would be escalated. Why should I be the one calling and following up. I'm paying for a service that ADT cannot deliver. I might as well cancel and sign up with another security company.
