ADT - not as safe and secured as they claim to be

ADT all talk no action So it turns out that ADT is acting as this biggest security company and yet they are just hiding behind the name.

Since last year I have been complaining about my alarm system thats just there for decoration while I'm being charged. Come real emergency, you press the alarm and nothing happens. I have called the control room several times and I was told that they cannot pickup the signal. Technicians were brought several times and the stupid alarm only works for a day then back to square one

I'm tired of this issue and I'm calling for my contract to be terminated as it is better off to know that there's no alarm at all.

This is all just a money making scheme
