ADT non existent

First consultant came out, quoted me R 6000 for the work which I paid half as deposit. After 3 weeks I followed after no feedback, then consultant 2 came out with a quote of R 9000 and requested and additional deposit. I am now so frustrated with this company that I requested my money back but have since receive no communication. This service from ADT is terrible. I can’t imagine them coming out to me in an emergency.

Thank you.2 months passed and no installation yet. Consultant phoned me yesterday and promised she will phone me back in 15 minutes...No feedback het and still no refund.
