Adt no signal... Apparently

Adt is starting to irritate me. I have had it for about 5years and the work is done mostly by the board outside. Should something happen its funny on a false alarm and response asked the officer to go around the house with me and he was so scared in a bulletproof vest than me but I understood. What i cant tolerate is greed. Adt startd acting like my system has a problem. technical came here before that and said everything fine only issue was their own antenna which they replaced 2 mnths ago. Month later battery did die refused to buy from ady replaced the battery myself called adt n some guy gave me the code to reset system n confirmed system was fine. That seems to have been a lie or something. While the system working fine alarm sets off can hear the system click reacting to password no signal gets to adt apparently. I think for the past 3 months ive been paying that r450 as a donation. Alarm rings nothing happens the alarm i paid cash for is the only thing working. Funny it makes me think... on a certain weekend, binge watching movies probably game of thrones. Without any alarm ringing with my alarm off for that whole weekend suddenly an adt car pretended that an alarm had rang at 1am. Usually when alarm rings adt says i dont have the lock they cant come in but i swear that time for some suspicious reason if they didnt notice I was home they would have helped themselves. Never have i told adt when i take a holiday n im nt home since. I tolerated alot, but i cannot pay r450 for no service. I could build a higher wall or something with this donation money. I have been with adt for 5yrs dnt think i missed a single month even when i ddnt work and not only dont i get service... I feel ******ed, I feel my security company busy with ways to milk more money than perfect the service they give. Stayed up just for this review and its time i need to cancel this its time... When you ***** frm me point a gun at me and il give you my hard work earnings I dont live in fear enough to pay for something i know doesnt work. Really ive always known i pay for the adt sign ******** to think if the alarm rings a guy with a gun may come but really once that guy comes they only need to stay inside the house watch tv adt will look around and leave tell me they cant go inside. That happened while i was in another province paid for adt still, had to ask a friend to come check n i still continued paying... But makin me pay r450 while you dnt even get a signal or pretending you dont... I cnt deal... November is coming n i need security not pretend
