ADT - NO SECURITY!!!!!!!
I asked ADT to move my alarm 2 weeks ago. Last week we moved. I made daily calls to find out when the alarm will be moved to the new premises. My contact person LAZARUS started to ignore my calls. I was asked to speak to people from another company which they use to move their alarms this morning. My contract is not with them!!! When I spoke to them they also promised that someone will phone me back. Nobody phoned back. My property is totally without an alarm..... A specific requirement from my insurance company. This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!
