ADT - NO RESP[ONSE OT ASSISTANCE FOR OVER A MONTH AND COUNTING...

Hi ADT

I am once again disgusted with the service delivery of ADT.

I urge all my recommendations to ADT, that they all cancel their contracts with ADT, as ADT IS NEVER RESPONSIVE to assist their valued clients, to whom you claim to be committed as a service provider.

I always have the same communication or non response, issues with the service delivery of ADT.

Imagine I have been chasing up ADT for over a month now to assist me with the account I have in Durban.

Can someone please contact me URGENTLY?

Once again must resort to this, to get service delivery or a response out of ADT....? WHY?

Your BRANCH MANAGER of the DURBAN branch is not even available? Not even on his mobile??? Can someone please take me seriously and call me???

WHY DO I HAVE TO ALWAYS RESORT TO THIS BEHAVIOR TO GET A RESPONSE FROM ADT?????

I have called. I have emailed and now I have posted here as well - Let's hope I get a response.
