ADT NO PATROL CARS PAROW 1hr20min RESPONSE TIME

On Thursday the 8th November I had an intruder jump into my yard from the neighbors. I immediately pushed the panic button as my first thought was armed response!! 26 min I called adt to ask where is the armed response I was asked to confirm address and can you believe they confirmes my previous address... bearing in mind we do system checks and had call out previously....after 1hr20min the armed response came out advising he was despatched to Raveansmead and he does not know the Parow west area!!! I have also since confirmed ADT has no vehicles in parow/goodwood area.... this is disgusting and could have been the difference between life or death!!!! But yet every month my debit goes off like clock wor****! I have two other security companies coming out and will be cancelling my contract!!! ADT YOU ARE DISGUSTING AND *******S I dont gamble with my families life!!!
