ADT - Never there

<p>After multiple complaints regarding poor response times (up to 30 minutes before I was phoned, and still no armed response) I am trying to terminate services with ADT. After being told I am "unreasonable" for expecting responses from the call centre less than 30 minutes when its raining, following which I submitted the necessary emails and applications I am still no closer to a resolution to my complaint. I really have never experienced such inefficient and unhelpful people!!</p>
