ADT NEVER THERE

I placed a complaint last week regarding ADT and the lack of feedback. Well, i spoke to two different people last week who weren't able to help me, and told me that they would get someone to call me back. To date, not a word. ADT must be going insolvent seeing that they are motivating their clients to go elsewhere. Im disgusted. 10 years with them and i'm not even worth a call. Shame on you ADT
