ADT NEVER THERE!!!!

As from the 25 March 2015 i have been battling to get assistance from ADT. I have been without an alarm system as from the 29 March 2015 to date. I have made numerous phone calls to ADT but no joy received and i am unable to speak to a manager. Each consultant says they will get the likes of Robert Hood, Shane van der Bos or Willie Meintjies to call me back, but to no avail. A promise was made that a technician would be at my premises at 15h30 on the 15 March 2015, after my phone call i was told the technician had reassigned my call and would be at the property after 17h00pm. As at today no technician has been out and this is compromising mine and my family's safety. The consultant i spoke to you on the 15 March 2015 confirmed that i would qualify for the month of May free but i would need to pay for the technician call out. I am disappointed in the incompetence of ADT as they are such a big company with a logo \Always there"yet they are \""NEVER THERE\"". I would like to cancel my contract with ADT and will ensure i that advise people of the pathetic service. Not to mention the amount of airtime wasted on all these calls"""
