ADT - MOST IMCOMPETANT CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTITUTION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most frustrating place I have ever done business with. Customer support in the back ground is non existent. Spend hours on the phone just trying to get someone to actually attend to emails and calls. This service is not happening - cannot get a contact person changed with these delapidated institution. That is probably why they do security. So so frustrated trying to run a business and they are so despondent and totaly ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
