placed there radio into my house as the house had a alarm system already from a different company

Its 4mth now alarm still not working as there radio is not getting signal but still deducting money every month out of my account sent numerous emails and phoning CPT and JHB branches no one comes back to you don't even speak about the Port Elizabeth branch useless is not a word for them.
