ADT ****ming elderly clients

Hello peter please help we have installed ADT security at the house but it seems to be a *****ulent amounts are being deducted from our account because when I check they are written ADT plus the normal monthly premium. Last month the deducted R400 of the premium then the other R500 plus which I don't know what's that for. I have been trying to resolve it but no one is willing to help me. I am even thinking of cancelling the services because I am think end of this month same thing might happen.
