ADT messy security company

I'm honestly tired of this horrible service from ADT, it's consultant and Technicians.

I'm.supposed to be a new customer but I'm already exhausted from this horrible service. They came to my house to sign me up, 2 weeks passed without me having an account but they count that as a date that I joined them? How when there is no services being rendered?

2 weeks ago a technician came to mu house to activate alarm, said they replaced the battery but the alarm is not working still, the technician said he will come fix it, a week later I'm still waiting, I'm exhausted.

All I want is either they fix this mess or cancel me so I can get security from a company that will treat me like a customer.
