21 January 2019 - Radio installed 07 February 2019 - 1st Break in at my house 07 February 2019 - Slow response to alarm 07 February 2019 - Security left crime scene (nothing said/ explained) (26 April 2019 - Debit order commencement) 14 February 2019 - Debit order of a non agreed amount 14 February 2019 - Unpaid debit order bank fees which I must be liable for on ADT's sht.

Requesting: Immediate Cancellation with no fees for breach of contract, and non courtesy for consumer.
