Adt lack of service in pietermaritzburg

My house alarm went off at 11.30am today. I asked them to send armed response as no one was at home. I arrived home at around 11.45 and guess what...... Armed response arrived at 12.45. What am I paying for. I phoned the Cape Town number and spoke to a pleasant guy called Steve. He put me through to control centre and Karen took my compliant and assured me they would look into my complaint and get back to me. Well they did not say if it would be this year or the next. One. Absolutely ****ed off. My neighbours have also had same response.
