ADT Krugersdorp useless

Totally useless in Krugersdorp. My parents moved to Zambia and left me in charge of the house. After calling ADT multiple times to change the emergency contact number, they still didn't call me every time the alarm went off. I phoned them last Friday to cancel my contract with them and after speaking with multiple people and sending two emails, got no response back. Their response time is also verry bad. On times I waited almost 20min for a car.

We also had a incident at my brothers house when they broke in at 6am. He was at work close by Carletonville. His wife was at home and woke up of the alarm screaming. ADT said they were on their way but took an hour. My brother drove from Carletonville to Krugersdorp and he was before ADT on scene.

Totally useless!

My advice: Switch to EPR, they are verry friendly and have a great reaction time. I asked them to install a new alarm system im my house and they did it the same day.
