ADT ITS NOW OR NEVER

I am very passed off with this security company to only know after spending all this money on outside beems they are non active. I have had a attempted break in at my home and my rear door is a 2 piece the suspect have tried to break the bottom door and come into my home. I have requested for ADT to sort this problem with my beems outside when there technician arrived at my.home and looked at the system it was told to my wife that the electrical.box board is damaged. ADT I have spent a fortune on this system if you can rectify and sort this out don't waist my time guarding my interest. Refund me on the system.you have installed on my premises and I will invest it in a company that can assist me with my request. Remember I am not the only one that is suffering with their outside beems my neighbors home that was also broken into with their alarm beems on......I want senior director of this business to call me because I am at my last breath with you guy.
