ADT is Utterly useless!!!

ADT is useless! We had a ******* just about a month ago and the alarm did not ring, we requested a technician to come look at the alarm system and they said they could only send one the following day. I refused to accept that, instead I chose to pay the after hours call out fee of R750. The technician came 3 times and the alarm is still not working accordingly after he left a bill of R3500 claiming our main board was struck by lightning which clearly is a lie because up to date nothing has been proved, we have not even seen the old board as he took it with. Another ******* was yesterday and the alarm did not ring and we found out that when the technician came he switched off the PIR in the garage where the ******* took place at first and now again. After spending 2 hours on a call with Mzwake from the call center explaining that it was a matter of urgency and trying to convince him to send a technician today he confirmed after he spoke with the Field Line Manager Robert Wood. I call in to know the time the technician would come in and they tell me he was booked for Thursday and that the manager is Simion Pilay not Robert Wood. We are ready to leave ADT after opening a case! Useless
