ADT IS USELESS

I canceled and was charged a substantial cancellation fee mid Jan 2022 and now they have deducted another full payment. I was advised on the phone this wouldn't happen and honestly I should have known this was going to happen because the people I dealt with consistently did not come back to me leaving me to do all follow up. Don't sign up with this useless company.
