ADT IS USELESS!!!

I wrote a review a few weeks back complaining that ADT refuses to change the date of my debit order! But no one got back to me, instead I have now been debited TWICE this month!!! For what reason?!!! This company is really getting on my nerves!!! Perhaps I should make that decision of not using ADT anymore cause they are clearly useless!!!
