ADT is the worst !!!! So sorry I moved over to them!

This is not the first time that I am having this issue with ADT ... we promis the best service my left long!!!!

Alarm goes off at 20:30 and at 21:10 nothing, nobody!!!!!

I had to call their emergancy line twice just to be put on hold because they dont know where the driver is !!! Sorry did I just hear them right ?? Is that not what i am paying for ?

They call back at 21:13 saying the guy is at the main gate ... I open the gate just to find he is at the wrong estate this is the most useless service I have ever had ... i am so mad at myself for moving away from my last security service.

It is now 21:19 and the guy could finally get to the right estate ...

Thanks ADT I feel soo safe!
