ADT is the worst, ******** and ******* out!!!!

ADT is a bunch of useless idiots. They could never find my house when panic was pressed etc. I got this for my wife and son to be safe at home whilst I am at work night, for that extra piece of mind. The service was really not great at all. So I decided to cancel my services. I did so via phone and email. A few months later they contact me saying I owe them money etc. I then stated that I had cancelled as requested via email etc. They say then that they did not receive it and that I need to send them proof once again. Which I did, things died off then. Now more than a year later. They hand me over to their attorneys to say I need to pay then. FFS!!!!!!! what the hell. I have cancelled and send proof more than once. What are you trying to do man. Really I dont owe you anything. I made sure that my final payment was made when I did the cancellation. Now this you guys in plain word can **** OFF. Cancel the damn attorneys and maybe go read your damn email or is that to much to do. I am sick and tired of you guys and will never recommend you to anyone. Do your damn job or is that to hard for you. I will take this matter further if I need to dont have time for this **** really. Give me a bad name because you cant read. I want this issue resolved immediately.
