ADT is the worst armed response company

WORST RESPONE TIME AND STAFF. Someone was in my back yard,pressed the panick button , ADT called to say i pressed the button which was 20mins after i had pressed the button. To make this worst the arm response came 30mins later , on arrival they were reluctant to enter our property and just said "yes how can i help you " what a shocking question!!!!. i said the guys already RAN away and then the arm response left aswell ,never came back.Not even to confirm if everything was okay, nothing.
