ADT is the worst

I have been an ADT customer for around two years now, and have not been happy a single day.

The average call back time on an alarm trigger is 10 minutes. Then the controller has the audacity to tell me it was only two.

In some cases the armed response never even shows up, or takes so long to show up I don’t see the point of them pitching up l.

I have on multiple occasions requested a copy of my signed contract, with promises that it will be sent, I have still not received it.

I wonder if cancelling my service will be fast.
