ADT is stalking us!!! Worst customer service ever!

<p>After moving back to Cape Town almost a year ago and getting a "new" number from Telkom for our landline, we s****ed getting calls from ADT at all hours of the night and day looking for a person that obviously has changed their home number (what's the point of having armed response if they can't reach you!?). Every time we get called we inform them that it is in fact the wrong number, and they need to delete it from this person's profile. They never do! The next day we will be called again.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has got so bad that we have s****ed unplugging the landline unless expecting a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done on a ****py service ADT. Firstly you stalk people, and secondly accept the answer of "wrong number" without any questions asked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort out your call centre! Contact me for telephone number concerned.</p>
