ADT is sneaky and will hand you over to debt collectors after canceling your debit order without your consent

After a phone call about enquiring about cancelation fees because of moving house, they cancelled our debit order and then proceeded to panelized us for each month not payed. After 3 we realized something was wrong so we contacted them and heard about their error. we then reluctantly payed the 3 months and cancelation fee. 7 Days later they gave us over to a debt collector with another amount with no explanation. I also need to add they put us on hold for up to 30 min at a time so sorting this out took days, sometimes their phones also just drop. Please stay far far away from ADT they are ****.
