ADT IS PATHETIC

ADT is the worst security company ever, i cant believe the claim to protect people, i requested for an alarm system to be installed 3 weeks ago after attempted theft at our home, a consultant came to my house and we filled in documents and signed and i made payment directly to an ADT account via eft and they promised that after 5 working days the alarm would be installed, it is now 3 weeks that this is not done, i have been calling in and not getting any assistance, i have since approached another company to help me and requested ADT to refund me but still no one is helping me, i call everyday and they promise to come back to me but no, i have even spoken to Leon's manager and he promised to call me but he has not called me, ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND, ADT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS
