adt is over charging me and bad service

im being over charged with adt and no one wants to take responsibility, when you cann you will be taken from pillar to post, they will be blaming each other and pointing fingers. sicne i joined adt ive had bad service from the beggining when they would send a technician to my house without telling me when im at work. it takes a simple phone call to make an arrangement with me as I am working so I can make plans to be home when technician comes. Mohau Mopiti said i will receive my refund and my monthly payment will be corrected since today that is not done. I received a statement that is not mine. bad service with adt is never ending. adt is a nighmare in my life. worse part being tranfered from one to another is the worst. <br> <br> when i talked to mohau he told me to go get my contract to proove that im being over charged lol. really? i must do the run around? sis bad service ever!
