someone broke into my house when the security guy came in he did not even notice that the window was open , no one called me back to tell me the condition that they found the house in i had to call them back to find out how was the condition of the house. about an hour later the was another alarm they said there was nothing wrong .only when i came home abou 1and a half hou later did i realise that the house was broken into and the key pad was **********. the guy came in through 1 window and went out through another.and every time they they come by they charge you extra
