ADT is not a proudly South African Company

My husband and I are relocating outside the country. We have handed our rented duplex over to the landlord and as a natural progression we needed to cancel our ADT contract. I have phoned, emailed and sent messages via Facebook. I get promises of a call back. These call backs never materialize. I started my communication with ADT in Oct/Nov and to date 28 dec 2015 I haven't received confirmation of my cancellation. This lack of professionalism does not make ADT a reliable company. My parting note is ... If a company is so bad with admin can we even dare trust these people with something way more valuable and that's our lives. I will never recommend or use ADT ever again.
