Utter uselessness!!! The only way to describe this company. Don't ever go close to using ADT ever. No service, no administration, consistent bungling of accounts, zero accountability, zero assistance.

If you want to have the worst experience ever from a company, then use ADT, otherwise save yourself some trouble and stay far away.
